Cash Advance- Has anyone had problems with them?

I got a cash advance a little of 3 months ago. I have been paying it on time, never late since getting it. I have come into a rough financial patch and can no longer afford to pay it. I called them and told them that I couldnt pay. She said she would not be able to hold my check, and may have to deposit it. Should I just close my chekcing account and force them to allow me to make payments on it? What should I do????
if you close your checking account, with pending charges, those are going to go through, anyway. You might have to juggle other bills, but cash advance places are notorious for ripping people off.
Don't close your account, face your payment. Pay the things that give lower late fees later, and pay this thing now (or it will balloon into a payment you cannot afford at all). Stop doing the cash advance places, they are bad news.
Closing your account will only add to your woes. The check will bounce and you could be charged with check fraud.
